1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 22jl16 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), a licensed online gaming operator in the Republic of the Philippines. 3. Account Security and Responsibility

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.4 Disputed Results

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the 22jl16 Platform are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 10. Account Closure and Termination

10.2 Involuntary Termination

In cases of termination for cause, the Company may withhold account balances pending investigation and may report violations to relevant authorities.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 22jl16 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 22jl16, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 22jl16 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in Metro Manila. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

14. Modifications to Terms

22jl16 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 22jl16 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
